Please ensure that you read the information carefully as we at titto cakes cannot be held liable for damaged items caused by incorrect handling and transportation, once the purchase has been handed over to the customer or an external courier company organised by the customer.
Orders not picked on agreed date of delivery is not replaceable and refundable. However, we will help you to preserve it for two days after delivery date and whatever state it is is not our responsibility.
Payment on pickup or delivery is not allowed, due to various no-shows on pre-ordered cakes(which invariably gets spoilt at our expense).
Due to the perishable nature of the product, returns or refunds are not allowed. While every effort would be taken to deliver the actual products purchased, we reserve the right to replace or substitute products based on availability.
We cannot guarantee an exact replica of any cake but we will do our best to make it so. Where colour swatches are provided we will do our best to match as close as we deem possible. Exact colour matches are not guaranteed.
From time to time certain materials for our cakes may become obsolete. This is totally out of our control; however we will do our best to select replacement products to reflect the original design as closely as possible. We reserve the right to replace items with component parts of equal or better quality without consultation.
The cake is a fresh product containing no additives or preservatives and it is our right to assume consumption on the day requested. Cakes should be stored in the refrigerator, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat in the box provided.
Stacked cakes contain dowels in each tier to provide support and these should be removed before consumption. Also, your order may include non-edible decorations or components, such as printed paper, sugar paste plaques or cocktail sticks etc. Please ensure that these are removed before cutting and serving the cake. When delivering to a wedding venue, we will contact the venue/event planner/client’s reps in advance to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery. If we set up the wedding cake we shall take a photograph of the cake before leaving and, where possible, obtain a signature from the venue/event planner/Client’s reps confirming the cake has been received in good condition. Should the venue need to set up the cake themselves we shall explain how the cake is to be displayed and where possible obtain a signature to verify we have done so.Once the cake has been delivered we are unable to accept any liability for any damage sustained to the cake thereafter nor any failure to follow the instructions provided
We will always do our best to prepare, pack and deliver your product(s) with the utmost care. Nevertheless, accidents can happen and so we ask that you check your order is correct and in perfect condition upon collection/delivery.
