1) HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

  1. You can log on to titocakes.com from your mobile and desktop. Have Fun Shopping!
  2. You can call or whatsapp us +2347059883927 (24 hours online service) and we will be more than happy to assist you in placing your order.
  3. You can mail us all the details at tittobrandscouture@gmail.com and we place an order for you.
We would require the following information from you
  1. Recipient's name
  2. Complete delivery address, along with optional landmark description
  3. Contact number(s) of the recipient
  4. Date of delivery
  5. Type of Residence Address e.g. Residence, Office
  6. Shipping zone
  7. Billing information

Orders placed on tittocakes.com can only be paid for using bank transfer.

2) DELIVERY INFORMATION

We will notify you via whatsapp and/or call when your cake is ready!

Please check our delivery zones here. For delivery outside this zones, please call or what +2347059883927.

All orders are dispatched during business hours, unless you have opted for a Fixed time delivery.

We're happy to take your last minute orders and guarantee same day delivery. For same day deliveries, orders are dispatched within 30 - 120 mins after it has been placed.

There is extra charge for same day / last minute cakes. There is also a minimal delivery charge for same day Fixed Time.

3) ORDER MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please call us or send a whatsapp message to our customer service line +2347059883927

Note: Order modification/cancellation requires at least a 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel it or make change

It takes up to 24 hours time to process a cancellation request.

Refunds of orders are based on case by case basis (Checkout our refund policy).

Refund amount of orders cancelled way ahead of the delivery date will be processed to your preffered account or kept in your wallet ahead of the next order.

4) RETURN/REFUND POLICY

No returns are allowed. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can reach out to us via call or whatsapp on +2347059883927

We do not guarantee refund for cases where:
  1. Deliveries made at wrong address provided by sender
  2. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  3. Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
  4. Cancellation/modification request in an order made less than 48 hours prior to the date of delivery. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.
